I became able to design the life I want to live when I learned to be mindful, when I opened my mind to my full potential, and when I made the 7 core elements a part of my daily life. Over the past sixteen years, I've learned to take charge of my life by learning as much as I could and making choices that fit the person I wanted to be. I am now living my life to the fullest.
