When everyone reaches the Salve you'll have 5 minutes to survive. During that 5 minutes you're able to pick anything up that is dropped from the folks on your side. Archers are awarded 25 blessed arrows, monks are provided a sword they are assume to bless for themselves, and they're given garlic.

During the whole five minutes you're told to live no matter what happens. Every previous vampire that is attacking has to be killed or pushed back throughout the Salve. If the warriors fallback across the river, vampires will start crossing the river and trying to kill you all. If this happens you have two choices, run or fight. If you fight and survive for 5 minutes, you will win the game.

The vampires are going to run off and your side will start cheering jummping down and up. If you do win you will see a short cut-scene of the whole battlefield with all the dead, the witches kill all the wounded during their retreat, and weaponry around the ground. Then the view will turn into the 500 Misthalin soldiers arriving to assist all marching in straight rows. Cut-scene will finish with the individuals who fought hugging another saying we survived.
