You get XP per items avoided so that the longer you stay on your toes the faster he throws things at you a faster xp rate. But of course to acquire this faster xp speed you have to be faster at dodging the items thrown, watching as they're coming at a faster speed. If you can't stay standing for over 10 minutes the xp rates will not exceed normal xp speeds for your level so just truly'proficient' people that can stay standing for a significant amount of time will recive extremely large xp rates.

Was thinking something along the lines of swiming under water and catching fish with a net, avoiding sharks, coming the fish out of an angle where they can't watch you, etc.. . Still needs a lot more consideration. The excellent orb project is a good miniature game but it does not increase xp rates. We are in need of a way to change it accordingly persenal score gets incorperated and people get xp based on performence. . Randomly generated structure you have to build. The quicker you build the more xp you become. Jagex would really have to work hard on their arbitrary creation of them. . .no 2 structures ought to be exactly the same!

Crafting: You are given a rnadom picture you have you have to paint a specific image on a pice of armor. The nearer you figure out how to paint the armor such as in the case given to you the greater that the xp reward you get. An issue I see is that the impossiblity of coming up with random images; some fansite can eventualy make an image database. (that migh be deleted it sounds a bit irrational and unrelated to crafting)
